Our Founder
Teba Molla is a multi-award-winning global business strategist with over 25 years of experience advising companies, investors, and institutions across the U.S., Africa, and the Middle East. She is the Founder and CEO of Teba Connects, a global advisory firm that bridges markets through strategic representation and partnership.
Teba previously served as the Chief Representative of the Dubai International Chamber for Ethiopia and the Horn of Africa, where she led billion-dollar investment deals, and facilitated high-level trade and investment missions. Her earlier career includes leadership roles at Booz Allen Hamilton and the founding of a successful consultancy firm in Ethiopia.
She holds a Master’s degree from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of St. Thomas. A proud Ethiopian-American, Teba serves on several boards advancing entrepreneurship, innovation, and women in leadership. Her vision for Teba Connects is rooted in creating meaningful impact by opening global markets to bold ideas, inclusive growth, and transformative partnerships.
